Imagine a floor cleaner that once applied constantly works at cleaning itself. Well due to new technology it is now a reality.

Not only does this cleaner immediately kill any bacteria or virus but constantly pops off hydrogen peroxide as long as the lights are on.

Most economical floor cleaner

This  floor cleaner is so inexpensive that the company which markets it has just signed a deal with some huge school systems in the United States. Simix Solutions is the company name.

They also offer a coating that eliminates the need to strip and wax.

In other words once you put the coating down it is just a matter of maintaining it and when wear patterns develop you simply spray a small amount down, buff with a microfiber cloth and you are done.

It is what is called a potassium silicate or basically a coating as hard as glass but not slippery according to ASTM testing. According to testing it takes one million footsteps one upon another to wear the coating out.
